Day 5 TSI Osaka. Before the free travel incentive from DXN Philippines concludes, a special Gala Dinner was held at the function room of Rihga Royal Hotel in Osaka to recognize the remarkable achievement of TSI qualifiers with the presence of Chief Operating Officer and TSI Chairperson Ms. Shirley Go and Country Manager Mr. Bandi Rakesh.
As Mr. Rakesh pointed out in his keynote message, “Enjoy this TSI, you deserved it. When you come back from Japan, each of you should develop a new qualifier in your group to join you in our next TSI."
After the extensive 25 years of DXN business in the Philippines, Mr. Rakesh highlighted these action plans that each Filipino networker needs.
1. STICK TO BASICS. Need to focus on recruitment and production.
2. UNITY IN DIVERSITY. United we stand, divided we fall. We can all co-exist with one goal - to make DXN Philippines back in the top race.
3. POSITIVE THINKING. The market will only grow with positive thinking and one mind mentality.
4. STAY WITH DXN. DXN is not a sprint, it’s a marathon. Never stop running.
On the other hand, COO Ms. Shirley underscored in her closing remarks:
1. To consistently qualify for annual TSI and help the potential members from respective group to qualify the same.
2. To monitor the monthly TSI points both for SA and SD points. Check your personal TSI points as well as the points to be generated from your 1st level up to 5th level.
3. It is highly suggested to include in every training or motivational session the concise training on how to qualify for TSI among your group. Apart from TSI, it is important to know how to qualify for the Diamonds Gathering and the DSAP awards for Sales Achiever and Entrepreneur of the Year.
Before the COO message ends, she announced the schedule of the 26th Anniversary celebration of DXN Philippines first-hand for the TSI Osaka qualifiers.
