DXN Industries has secured a 60-year lease for 1.2 million sq ft of industrial land in Bukit Kayu Hitam, Kedah — our largest land parcel for production facilities to date.
This site will support the development of a new manufacturing facility, designed to complement our existing operations in Jitra and strengthen our integrated manufacturing base in the region.
As demand across our international markets continues to expand, this development enhances our ability to scale production, improve coordination, and reinforce our vertically integrated supply chain.
With over 30 years of presence in Kedah, this expansion reflects our continued commitment to the state as a key manufacturing base.
