Ambassador of Hope
From a Chance Encounter to a Crown Ambassadorship
In October 2017, my husband Badr Al-Akkad and I were on a tourist trip to Malaysia. We didn't know then that this trip would be a turning point in our lives, and that fate would bring us a message that would reshape our vision for the future.
Our destination was the charming island of Langkawi. Along the way, we stopped by at Time Square shopping mall. That was when we had our first encounter with Royal Ambassador Othman Al-Qadi, who was just beginning his journey with DXN. He was a friendly man. He greeted us with a bright smile and eyes that radiated confidence and reassurance. The conversation began with a spontaneous question about a currency exchange office, but it soon quickly turned into a deep discussion that illuminated a new path for us.
Ambassador Othman told us that he was a Sudanese residing in Malaysia. Therefore, when he learned that we were from Morocco, he welcomed us as if we were family. He did not hesitate to help us book flight tickets to Langkawi and accompanied us to his travel office. It was there that we first noticed unfamiliar products on the table.
"Have you ever heard of DXN?" he asked with a smile on his face.
"No, this is the first time we’ve heard about it,” we replied honestly.
Our curiosity piqued after I asked him about a product that would benefit my father, who was suffering from tremors. Although the purpose of the meeting was purely touristic, the conversation took a different turn, as if fate was guiding us towards a greater message.
Mr. Othman Al-Qadi suggested that I register with the company and purchase the products that would help my father with his condition. At the same time, I could benefit from the company's generous financial system as well. It seemed strange, but by the grace of Almighty Allah —and my firm belief that opportunity rarely knocks twice, and that only those with insight and perseverance can seize it before it passes—that I took action.
I registered with DXN and got a membership number, which was a good omen for me and my team members from all over the world.
After returning from the trip, we met again with Mr. Othman Al-Qadi and his brother Mr. Yasser Ahmed. This time, he invited us to visit DXN headquarters.
"If you are lucky, you will meet Dr. Lim, the owner and founder of the company." His words stuck with me as we made our way to the headquarters.
Sure enough, as if fate had willed it, we were greeted with a big surprise.
The founder, Datuk Lim Siow Jin himself, entered the hall. We witnessed how the other leaders rushed to take photos with him. It was a very inspiring moment for us. In that moment, we came to believe that this company carries a meaningful mission—that it stands for something far greater than business alone.
Mr. Yasser introduced us to him and told him that we were from Morocco. Then, the unexpected happened. Datuk Lim approached me and asked for a copy of my passport. He also told us that a delegation was sent to Morocco to execute key transactions and obtain the necessary licenses for launching DXN’s operations in the country. At that moment, I was confused as to why he requested a copy of my passport. Then came the unexpected answer. He told us, “Once all procedures and licensing requirements for establishing the main branch are finalized, you will be authorized to open a sales point in any city of your choice within Morocco.” Our reactions ranged from joy to astonishment while everyone was struggling to grasp the situation. However, the leader and ambassador Yasser Ahmed, simply exclaimed, “Allah Akbar, Allah Akbar, praise be to Allah, you are truly lucky, you are truly lucky.”
We started taking things seriously as our dream began to form. We returned to Morocco, carrying a new vision in our hearts. We were no longer the same individuals who had set out for a holiday. Instead, we came back with a profound mission: to make a difference, to share this project with the world, and to redefine the meaning of success.
We began our first steps by spreading DXN products. With the support and encouragement from Crown Ambassadors Othman Al-Qadi and Yasser Ahmed Al-Qadi, we began our journey of challenge and beginning: DXN’s Entry into Morocco.
Before DXN established its strong presence in the Kingdom of Morocco and achieved the prominence and success it enjoys today, its beginnings were marked by numerous difficulties and challenges. Yet, those early days were also defined by unwavering faith in the mission of this global company.
The path was far from easy from the very beginning. We took upon ourselves the burden of conveying this noble message to our beloved homeland, Morocco. The first two years—prior to the opening of the main branch in Casablanca—were marked by significant and numerous challenges. Our primary mission during that time was to introduce the company and share its noble vision, all while meeting the growing demand for its products by importing them directly from Malaysia. This was the biggest challenge, as the products had not yet been officially licensed by the state at that time. Yet, we remained steadfast in our belief that challenges forge determination, and that setbacks are what shape true leaders. We knew that reaching the summit is impossible without stumbles along the way. This unwavering conviction became our driving force, and our motto was clear: to succeed, and only to succeed—no other option existed.
Then came the greatest challenge: Corona Virus!
In 2020, the pandemic swept the world, everything stopped.
To me, this was not a sign for me to stop, this was a new beginning.
My husband and I took advantage of the lockdown period to spread awareness on the importance of immune support and natural prevention. As a result, the demand for DXN products grew rapidly, affirming their effectiveness and unique value in such a critical time.
To us, the project was not merely a business venture, but a profound message of purpose and life.
A message promoting health, personal freedom, and economic dignity for Moroccans.
Guided by genuine dedication, our team led with heart, sharing knowledge and experience with all, and ultimately became a source of inspiration for a new generation of leaders.
Throughout this journey, we met distinguished leaders who left a lasting impact in Morocco, along with other rising stars who illuminated DXN’s path with their brilliance.
Years of diligent work, effort, and perseverance have resulted in real change in the lives of many:
• Families who owned homes• Young people who bought cars• And others who provided a decent life for their families
As for us, the dream turned into reality.
Today, on May 20th 2025, I am honored to be the first Moroccan woman to attain the prestigious title of Crown Ambassador of DXN in both Morocco and Africa. This title is a source of deep pride—not because it came by chance, but because it is the result of unwavering faith, relentless effort, and steadfast perseverance. I share this accomplishment with my husband, the leader Badr Al-Akad, who has been my greatest support and loyal companion throughout this journey—a journey marked by challenges, growth, and, ultimately, success.
We extend our deepest gratitude to Crown Ambassadors Othman Al-Qadi and Yasser Ahmed Al-Qadi, who have been the cornerstone of our journey—steadfast supporters and constant sources of inspiration throughout. We also thank our incredible team, whose dedication and efforts have made a profound difference on this remarkable journey.
Our heartfelt thanks and deep appreciation go to Datuk Lim Siow Jin for his inspiring vision, which has empowered us to transform countless lives for the better—both financially and in terms of health. Your wise leadership and innovative ideas have profoundly opened new horizons for us and those we serve. We are truly grateful for your extraordinary generosity and guidance.
Our story does not end here...
It is merely the beginning.
The future holds countless opportunities for those courageous enough to dream and determined enough to turn those dreams into reality.
