DXN Acquires Apartment Unit at Burj Khalifa in Dubai for RM7.37mil

PETALING JAYA: DXN Holdings Bhd is acquiring a residential apartment unit at the Burj Khalifa in Dubai from Datuk Lim Siow Jin and Datin Wan Illiyyin Wan Mohd Nazi for RM7.37mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the nutraceutical products manufacturer said the objective of the proposed acquisition is to further strengthen DXN’s member engagement and performance-driven reward ecosystem by incorporating the property (in the iconic Burj Khalifa) into the company’s incentive and lifestyle offerings.

“DXN currently owns Boulder Valley Glamping in Teluk Bahang, Penang, and DXN Cyberville in Cyberjaya; both of which serve as retreat and activity hubs for DXN members from around the world.

“These properties are integrated into DXN’s reward system, allowing members to redeem stays using accumulated points as a form of recognition and motivation for sales performance.”

DXN said this initiative has been well-received and continues to support member engagement and business momentum.

“The company now seeks to replicate this success through the acquisition of the property. The Burj Khalifa’s status as a global luxury landmark offers a unique and aspirational experience that aligns with DXN’s branding and international outlook.”
